NORTH KOREA: UN monitors expelled from Yongbyon nuclear complex

North Korean authorities have lifted the seals placed by IAEA inspectors on its Yongbyon reprocessing plant and told monitors to leave the nuclear site. Pyongyang had warned on Friday that it would restart the partly dismantled facility.
