Aug. 6 - In this edition of Equity Forum, S&P Equity analyst Scott Kessler notes that Shanda Interactive Entertainment (SNDA) is a digital media company, and is one of the largest purveyors of online games in China. SNDA offers a variety of Internet games, and increasingly, additional digital content such as online music. As of March 2007, Skyline Media beneficially owned some 56% of SNDA's outstanding equity. In September 2007, Skyline reduced its stake somewhat, but continued its ownership of more than 50% of the company. He currently has a "5-Star" Strong Buy recommendation for Shanda Interactive Entertainment (SNDA).
